The Symposium for Core Directors and Staff is targeted to faculty and staff operating proteomics facilities in IDeA-states. The symposium is a highly interactive meeting where attendees share best practices, discuss cutting-edge techniques, and plan core administration. Travel and lodging is provided for selected attendees.

The Fundamentals for Proteomics Workshop is designed as a two-day crash course in all things proteomics. Topics will cover experimental design to sample preparation to bioinformatics analysis. Faculty and students with research projects heavily utilizing proteomics techniques are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to attendees in IDeA-states. Travel and lodging are provided for selected attendees.

The IDeA National Resource for Quantitative Proteomics offers an annual Bioinformatics for Proteomics Workshop. This workshop aims to give bioinformaticians a greater understanding of proteomics approaches and data analysis techniques with the goal of becoming fluent in sophisticated proteomics data analysis techniques.
This workshop is offered annual in the fall.
