IDeA National Resource for Proteomics Discovery-Phase Proteomics Faculty Workshop

The Proteomics Faculty Workshop will emphasize new approaches that researchers can implement in their own laboratories and how to best utilize the resulting data to be more competitive for extramural funding. Attendees will receive lecture-style presentations on a variety of topics such as fundamental principles of proteomics, experimental design for proteomics experiments, sample preparation, data collection, and data analysis and interpretation. In addition to lecture-style presentations, all attendees will receive hands-on training with liquid chromatograph and mass spectrometer operation. Interested individuals do not have to be members of a Core facility to be eligible to attend.
